Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. (Be aware there is a £3.45 return fee) Please contact us to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging not opened (Opened products are not eligible for return). We will refund the purchase price of the item, but we do not refund shipping costs.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
